Arizona Winter Wonder

I used for a temperature sensitive Palm tree I had planted by my pool, in SE Arizona. Not a single leaf damaged this winter despite low teen temps. I did use a small space heater to regulate the inside temp, and guess what? The tree grew almost a foot during the winter months! Totally outperformed the other model I used!

Big enough to overwinter most of our tropical plants and keep them safe for the winter. We do install an incandescent light bulb on a temperature-sensitive plug for times when we near freezing and it is set up in our pool's screen room so we don't have to worry much about high winds. We used it all last winter and just set it up today for this winter's use. Perfect and looks brand new.
Excellent little greenhouse but watch snow load

The adorable little Springhouse is a nearly perfect solution for starting seedlings for my backyard garden. I live in Maine, so the one caveat that I have to mention is that the Springhouse did not stand up to a heavy spring snow load. I wouldn't expect it to, any more than I would expect a regular tent to be able to handle a heavy snow load. However, as a result of the heavy snow one of the supports broke and will need to be replaced. Even with the broken support (which I temporarily repaired with duct tape) it was a fully functional greenhouse. I think this structure is a wonderful product, perfect while I dream about building a permanent greenhouse.
